Carden Clean officially became a vision when I (pictured with my wife Amber and sons Camden and Carter) began noticing, first hand, the quick and partial cleaning methods of many cleaning franchises. Within these cleaning companies I noticed very poorly trained employees, gaps in communication and a lack of guidance from management. Also, oddly enough, many of the people in the cleaning industry didn't have service oriented attitudes or much passion. This lit a fire in me to create a company with a culture of serving people and to train employees with a driving passion to do the job consistently with excellence.
