GERMAINE is first and foremost a team. A team where everyone can come up with an idea and a team where people can speak to, encourage and, if necessary, support each other. In the team there are two sub-teams. The Gonzales team with an emphasis on design and creative mixed media usage on one hand, and the GERMAINE team, with an emphasis on media-neutral ideas and strategic support on the other. All that under one roof, which has often provided the necessary creative spark. Recently the team was joined by the people of Hasselt agency Mosterd. Of course a number of functions are allocated, but job titles are no be-all, end-all for us. Ultimately we are all communication specialists. But if we do a rough breakdown of profiles, we end up with: 32 people, of which 6 account-project managers, 4 integrated campaign creatives, 5 mixed-media designers, 7 developers, 2 creative directors, 3 strategists, 2 desktop publishers and graphic designers, 1 accountant and 2 enthusiastic interns.
