About WeR Freshers - WeR Freshers is a community/ organization that helps freshers in employment & job search. It is a platform where we invite both Employers & Future Employees to use this common junction as the first step towards success. This platform helps a fresh talent/newcomer to showcase his/her skill & talent to the open market by polishing his/her skills through us.We established this community/organization in the month of January 2022 with a mission to empower youth & with a vision to create future leaders. We are currently operating from Palam Vihar, Gurgaon & New Delhi, India. We are a team of highly excited professionals who aspired to create a community to address the pain of millions of students/freshers who passes out every year with a diploma/degree in hand but no job.We have a separate team that helps "differently-abled" students in reaching out to corporate which hire these super talented future leaders. We have some employers that hires differently abled people basis of their capabilities.We have employers on the platform that hires freshers/passed out/students from various domains and skill sets across the globe. We receive more than 50 thousand applications every year from students & freshers looking for job. We conduct a basic assessment test for these applications & for those who qualify this assessment test, we provide training to them (free of cost) through our special mentorship program specially designed to cater corporate job requirements. Our mentorship program helps these freshers knowing the corporate culture; we simplify the process from how to apply for a job till the entry in the corporate. We make sure all the candidates are well prepared not only for the current job market but for future needs as well.
