Seqwater – Supplying safe, secure and cost-effective bulk drinking water to South East Queenslanders Seqwater is the Queensland Government statutory authority responsible for delivering safe, secure and cost-effective bulk drinking water for more than 3 million people across South East Queensland. We also provide essential flood mitigation services; manage catchment health; supply irrigation water to about 1,200 farmers; and offer recreation facilities enjoyed by millions of visitors a year. As one of the largest water businesses in Australia, our operations extend from Gympie to the New South Wales border and west to the base of the Toowoomba ranges.
