Tymbark's mother company, Maspex Wadowice, has a history of over 25 years, and it originates in Poland. Maspex Wadowice reaches over 50 countries worldwide offering food products, highly appreciated by consumers. The company has been present in Romania since 1996. It was then known as La Festa International and the rebranding operation took place in 2006. The company's first factory was in Popesti Leordeni, Ilfov. Since October 2001, Tymbark Maspex Romania has begun a comprehensive process of upgrading and modernizing the old factory, Conserve SA, located in Valenii de Munte, Prahova County.Nowadays, the factory is completely changed. It has a very well equipped laboratory, modern production lines which facilitate market entry with high quality products (using Top Aseptic packaging technology) and it is certified IFS vers. 6.0. Currently, Tymbark Maspex Romania produces in Valenii de Munte all products under the brands: Tymbark, Tedi, Ciao and Figo, La Festa instant products (Cappuccino, HotChocolate, 3in1), Salatini (Crackers and Brezels), Rollini d'Oro.
