It's our job to make sure Trafford people have the health services they need and that these services are safe and deliver high quality care.We are a member organisation, working together with all 32 GP practices in the borough to tackle the health issues affecting our communities.CCGs were set up by the Government as part of wide ranging changes to the structure of the NHS and replaced Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) on 1 April 2013.Trafford CCG has three strategic aims:- to improve population health;- to improve the care provided and the healthcare experience of individuals; and- to lower per capita costs of providing the above.
