We help women who have a hard time sticking with exercise to become capable exercisers with a coaching program made for them. At Cervela, we believe exercise is for everyone. We know what it's like to have trouble staying motivated towards the goal of living a healthier life and that once you "fall-off-the-wagon" a bit, one day turns to two, which turns to three... and so on. It's a frustrating and confusing experience and we've seen it cause women in our lives to feel disempowered, frustrated, and like exercise isn't for them. So, we founded Cervela to help women who have had to previously deal with demotivation and staying consistent on their own.
