BAT Complex specializes in strength and conditioning and performance sports training using functional fitness and sports science to deliver measurable results. Founded in 2014, BAT delivers programs that have measurable results using both objective and subjective fitness evaluation methods including elements of sports science and technology. BAT has an affiliation with an industry leading sports science firm providing high performance training equipment to track athlete's biometric data. Our programs are designed to optimize an athlete's BASES (Balance, Agility, Strength, Endurance, Speed), while delivering overall fitness benefits and sports performance; this equals improved game experiences. While BAT offers individual and group personal fitness and sports training services, our core business is centered around our Silverbacks Baseball Program. Club baseball teams work through a progressive program incorporating skills development and strength and conditioning.
