The Urban Health Collaborative prides itself on helping mitigate the negative impact Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) have on youth and prevent their traumas from following them into adulthood.The Urban Health Collaborative (UHC) strives to shift mindsets and helps Urban Communities in Central & Northern New Jersey to protect their mental/physical health, prevent against mental illness, chronic disease, and other co-morbidities, and to preserve their overall well-being, intelligence, and ability to empathize with people in their community and around the world.
