Georgina Townsend founded NuMindSet in 2020. NuMindSet's mission is to empower others to take control of their mental and physical health by transforming the way they think about nutrition. NuMindSet gives its clients insights into how food affects their body function and wellbeing. It offers an explanation for why they may be experiencing certain symptoms and what they can do about them. It supports them in their change journey towards optimal mental and physical health. Georgina is a BANT registered Nutritionist with a BSc in Biomedical Science and a PG Dip in Nutrition Science and Practice. She is passionate about mind-body connection and facilitating change behaviour.
