Our mission is to promote the benefits of Physical Therapy and regular Yoga and Pilates practice. Kildare and founded by Ger Kinane, a Physical Therapist BSc MIAPT and highly trained yoga instructor.Group and private classes merge ancient traditional yoga principles to tackle modern challenges for wellbeing.
