The Whiddon Group, LLC was formed in September 2015 and specializes in providing utility services on transportation projects. Our staff has worked on transportation projects throughout Texas since 2001, developing critical relationships with facility owners, utility companies, roadway designers as well as contractors throughout the State. In particular, we have relationships with those utilities which have historically presented the greatest challenge to maintaining transportation project schedules.We provide utility coordination on fast track, schedule driven projects. We support project procurement, managing subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination, the production of utility relocation plans, working closely with the various roadway design disciplines and utility installation inspection.
