We are a QQI Registred Provider and we work throughout the island of Ireland.The Director of Fusion, Gerard Fitzpatrick, is the author of the critically acclaimed book Effective Group Leadership (Orpen Press, 2016) which sets out his vision for group working. He is in the final stages of completing a new Guide to Group Facilitation, which will be released this summer.We believe groups have the power and capacity to transform lives. In all our programmes we seek to offer learners the experience of being in a well facilitated group so that the learner gains felt knowledge of the subject matter and gets insight into the potential power of groups. We then help the learner frame this experience in sound theoretical background, support them achieve clarity of purpose and help them develop essential skills so that they engage with groups in a way that maximises the impact of their programmes for their clients.
