Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers is Australia's first 'Gnoccheria'. The company is dedicated to the production, sale and distribution of Fresh Potato Gnocchi and the operation of a small but growing collection of busy Gnocchi Restaurants and takeaway gnocchi bars. The company was founded by two friends Ben Cleary-Corradini and Theo Roduner who started selling their fresh gnocchi at farmers markets in Brisbane in 2015. From their humble market beginnings the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers have focused their passion into building a dedicated gnocchi production kitchen as well as the operation of a small but growing collection of busy 'Gnocchi-only' Restaurants and Takeaway Gnocchi Bars. Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers have built a strong reputation for serving fresh high quality gnocchi with a delicious range of sauces inspired by traditional Italian flavours.
