Inclusion on the slopes (IOTS) is a business that concentrates on developing relationship abilities within the ski industry.Our VISION at IOTS is for EVERYONE to be open to the ski experience. We say ski as a general term but it encompasses snowsports and activity relative to snow. To create this type of impact the MISSION entails developing relationship abilities within the industry. We have three divisions to create the impact noted within our vision and mission. First, INTERNALLY we concentrate on offering consulting services for organizations that intend to create more inclusive organizations by utilizing Dr. Gerilyn Davis's SWORD © Inclusion system. Second, EXTERNALLY we host events for those who are well represented in the industry and not so well represented in the industry to come TOGETHER. These events include training, workshops, lecture series, and celebratory events that promote engagement through more inclusive efforts. Lastly, EXTERNALLY we are in the preliminary phases of establishing the Inclusion on the slopes Foundation which will sponsor FAMILIES on the mountain. We have to recognize the family dynamic is our first learned system and beginning there is a healthy start.
