The Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior (CETYS University) (Center for Higher and Technical Education) is an educational institution of excellence located in the State of Baja California, México. It was born in 1961 under the sponsorship of a group of visionary entrepreneurs who devised a quality education on this flourishing border state.
