We also offer Experiential DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Skills groups, and Daring Way™ Groups. We help people who struggle with depression, anxiety, teen/adolescent issues, children separation issues, divorce, trauma/abuse, life transitions, communication struggles. We have therapists who do sand tray therapy, play therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other modalities.
