Over the next several years, we became the leading real estate school in the Pacific Northwest, a position we've held ever since.In 1981 Rockwell branched out into textbook publishing. Our Washington Real Estate Fundamentals book has been the most widely used textbook for prelicense classes in Washington for many years, and we currently publish several other successful titles, some that are specifically for Washington or California, and some for use nationwide.In 1994 Rockwell took another step forward when we began developing computer-based real estate courses.
