Primary Health Services Center (PHSC) is a private, non-profit (501(c)(3) clinic founded in Monroe, LA in 1997 by local citizens. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) for over 20 years, PHSC is an organization involved in community based holistic healthcare and has expanded its provision of services to include Ouachita, Morehouse and Lincoln Parishes.
