At Volotea we turn normal into reality: we connect small and medium sized European cities with non-stop direct flights at attractive fares. We want you to spend more time at your destination and less time on the plane. Our fleet consists of 19 Boeing 717, configured in a single class, and we are incorporating 4 Airbus A319 in 2016. Both aircraft models are known for their reliability and comfort. We made our first flight on April 5th 2012, departing from the Venice‐Marco Polo airport. In 2016 we will operate over 38,000 flights in over 190 routes to reach more than 70 regional capitals and mid sized European cities, across 13 countries: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Greece, Czech Republic, Croatia, Albania, Israel and Moldova, Portugal, Malta and United Kingdom. Since our creation, we have transported more than 6 million passengers in Europe and expect to reach 8 million in the third quarter of 2016. In the annual survey carried out by e-dreams, Volotea has been ranked the 8th Best Airline Company in October 2015, and awarded "Best Customer Service of the Year" in the category of airlines, in a survey undertaken by Sototempo in Madrid. More than 90% of passengers who have traveled with us recommend the company to members of their family and friends. We think on a HUMAN level: we don't follow the crowd, we cater for the individual.
