The Plastic Pipes and Fitting Association (VKR) is an alliance of manufacturers domiciled in Switzerland and factory representatives from foreign manufacturers of plastic pipes and fitting. Its primary task is to promote plastic as a material in pipeline construction. In addition, the association represents the economic, politico-economic and technical interests of its members in specific cases.As a typical Swiss association, the VKR is largely based on voluntary support and the willingness of its member companies to play an active role in the association.
