Jay Amer, President of Amer & Associates Economic Development, is a certified economic development professional (Ec.D.) with 25 years experience in marketing, public affairs, communications and business development. Prior to forming his own professional consultancy Jay was responsible for delivery of a wide variety of economic development services including investment attraction, business development, marketing and communications for a regional economic development corporation.
