Segarelli is a manufacturer of italians air cured meat, salamis and hams in Assisi. Gluten-Free cold meats certified: Segarelli really cares about people and the food they eat, faithful to the old saying "we are what we eat". This is why, after a long and careful research, we have developed a line of products for people who suffers from celiac disease, food allergies and food intolerance. Meat is naturally gluten-free, and all the ingredients we use are gluten-free certified, but we still analyse all of them as soon as they reach our laboratory. In addition, we avoid any cross-contamination from the filling of hams, since we use only rice flour filling. In compliance with current law and regulations, all our labels clearly list the ingredients used for a specific product, yet we still do not feel satisfied, and have all the gluten-free line products regularly analysed by a certified laboratory for any traces of gluten.
