The Long Island Hospitality and Leisure Association (LIH&LA) is dedicated to promoting tourism on Long Island by working with those that are in the hospitality industry throughout Long Island. The LIH&LA has numerous events one can attend, which includes but is not limited to educational seminars, various symposiums with guest speakers and industry leaders, membership meetings, fundraising events, and more.The LIH&LA also works with and supports other local industry associations that promote Long Island as a premier tourism destination. The association works closely with colleges and universities throughout Long Island that have tourism and hospitality related programs. The LIH&LA works in association with the Long Island Convention and Visitors Bureau and Sports Commission (LICVB), as well as the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association (NYSH&TA).
