The Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services has established an Independent Intake Organization (IIO) to help support children and youth on the autism spectrum and their caregivers. The IIO will provide care coordination, service navigation, research, and healthcare education. HealthCare 365 and Autism Ontario will be responsible for providing care coordination and service navigation for this program.Autism Ontario (legally incorporated as Autism Society Ontario) is a charitable organization with a history of over 49 years representing the thousands of people on the autism spectrum and their families across Ontario.
