The graduate nurse will be prepared to provide compassionate, competent, patient-centered care as an entry-level registered nurse to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the community it will serve.RN to BSNThe RN-BSN program allows registered nurses to earn their bachelor's degree and expand the breadth and depth of their knowledge to advance their professional role as a nurse leader and a manager and coordinator of care. This accelerated program is designed for working nurses, with a curriculum designed to help improve patient outcomes, influence communities and population with knowledge of evidence-based practice, patient safety, and quality improvement.
