Our restaurant honors the legacy of that history by giving all our guests as royal a treatment as possible, sharing the richness of our native country's regional cuisine. The food at Nawab Indian Cuisine is the kind that many of us at the restaurant grew up enjoying. Much of it is drawn from the Punjabi region in the north of India: The clayovencooked meats and vegetables from our tandoor, the exotic seasonings in our masala and vindaloo dishes, the fragrant soups and biryanis.
