The Irish Immigration Center of Philadelphia serves the needs of the Irish immigrant community and their families in the Delaware Valley. The Center also serves as a community hub for Irish immigrants in the Philadelphia area.The services that we provide include:Immigrant SupportProviding information, counsel, and referrals to Irish people on the U.S. immigration system, healthcare, housing and other issues of interest to the Irish community.Conducting a legal clinic in partnership with the Brehon Law Society and Drexel Law School to provide free legal advice to our community.Serving as a trusted resource to Irish people who are new to the region.Hosting a variety of social and cultural events for senior members of the Irish community.Citizenship ProcessInforming people on the benefits of dual citizenship.Assisting eligible Irish-Americans to secure Irish citizenship and eligible Irish green card holders to become U.S. citizens.Promoting active citizenship through participation in and contribution to the community.Operating programs that promote active citizenship, such as voter registration drives and census awareness.SpecialtiesImmigration & Legal Program, Community Building & Outreach Programs, Active Retirement Program, Wellness Program, Irish Immigrant Connect Program, GAA and a Foróige youth programs.
