Asis Electronic and Information Systems was established in 2007 to develop electronic and information system solutions within the smartcity concept. In 2018, with the knowledge and the experience gained from the previous projects withinTurkey and abroad, in accordance with the vision to develop national system solutions needed by our country and allied countries the re-organization started and as of 2019 defence industry activities were maintained under the trademark "ASİSGUARD™", by investing it own capital intellectual. The objective of the ASİSGUARD™ 2019 strategic plan is to expand the product portfolio and to extent export sales. In this context, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 3 certification was added to the existing quality system certifications.ASİSGUARD™ currently develops defence Systems and Subsystems / Hardware and Software in the fields of Military Vehicle Electronics (Vetronics), Autonomous Micro, Mini and Medium Class Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, C4ISR, Electro-Optics, Border Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Big Data.ASİSGUARD™ aims to enter the inventories of the Turkish Armed Forces, LawEnforcement and other allied countries with the systems which is researched,developed and manufactured with its own intellectuality some of which are thefirsts in our country.ASİSGUARD™ is a Turkish company that is taking firm steps with ingenuitytowards being a main role actor in the defence industry by integrating potentialand capabilities, with reliable and sustainable systems, at high technologyfocused ecosystem.
