Castle Mountain Zeolites® is a privately owned company dedicated to the mining and processing of what is arguably the finest, commercially available natural zeolites in Australia, producing a range of particle sizes and specifications that utilise the unique properties of zeolite.Castle Mountain Zeolites commenced operations in September 1991 following the discovery of a substantial deposit of high-grade natural zeolite. The deposit is located on the flanks of Castle Mountain some 4 km from the rural township of Quirindi on privately owned farming land.Castle Mountain Zeolites® have achieved a competitive advantage firstly due to the nature of its deposit. The deposit consists of a deep uniform, high-grade zeolite with the added advantage of being much harder and purer than most overseas deposits, making it much more suitable for applications such as water filtration.Secondly, the processing and packaging techniques used by Castle Mountain Zeolites®, give them advantages such as extra fine powder products which are then packaged in plastic lined bags to prevent contamination. Grit and sand products are well defined , with consistent shape and have a high percentage of the dust and fines removed for the filtration market.Castle Mountain Zeolites® can custom mill to suit your requirements.
