Brooklyn-based sisters Sabrina and Jaimie just couldn't find the perfectleisurewear. They were searching for something simple, perfectly cut,affordable, and, above all, comfortable. A tall order. So, they decidedto make it themselves, plunging into the world of fabrics in pursuit ofthe ideal blend. After scouring the country, they discovered a U.S.-based, family-owned mill that produced specialty fabrics in a responsibleway. Using sustainable materials and non-toxic dyes, they were ableto manufacture something so soft, so smooth, and so spectacularin its subtlety, that it was as if they'd discovered an entirely newfabric. Once they'd perfected the signature fabric, they went to workmaking sure the cut was flawless, working through dozens of fittings,alterations, and restarts to ensure that each piece fit exactly to theirstandards.
