We wanted to fill some of the gaps we saw growing. Like, the focus on project-based work that felt disconnected from strategy or audience. We wanted to plug in and help our clients design programs: deeper strategies, communications, and content that would change the brand's perception in the marketplace, and start conversations with their customers. We found a middle ground. We don't approach client work as projects but rather as programs—to be designed, developed, launched and managed. Projects are one-offs. Programs are vision, and a plan to get it done. They assume a longer term strategy, an evolution in relationship. They might include the entire cycle of research, strategy, content, design, distribution, understanding, learning, evolving. They may focus on one element. But no matter where we're focused, a program is a cycle. And 11? It's the most intuitive of all numbers. Its two pillars are aligned, charismatic, dynamic and capable—much like Program 11's founders.
