In January 2011, I built my first business Integrative Healing Studio, in Napa California. After 5 1/2 successful years, I had the opportunity to relocate to a larger location and transitioned the business into Zen Lot, located in the Carneros Center, of Napa Valley. Zen Lot had a two-year run, and I closed in December of 2018 to take a sabbatical and re-calibrate my offerings. Currently, I am working remotely offering my yoga and bodywork services in the Napa Valley privately and through the Francis & Alexander Hotels.
