Through Paladin's three subsidiaries, the company is able to provide a full spectrum of services to assist distressed hospitals in optimizing their revenue, capturing a higher volume of patients, and deliver exceptional care.PALADIN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT:Assumes operational responsibility and transitions under-performing hospitals by instituting an operating model that is tightly defined, highly successful, and portable to most urban hospitals. Paladin currently manages six hospitals in Southern California and the District of Columbia, each of which have been successfully turned around from both a clinical and financial perspective.PALADIN HEALTHCARE CAPITAL:Provides capital to and develops optimal capital strategies for under-performing hospitals that can be transitioned to stable and profitable enterprises, with an emphasis on urban community hospitals. Paladin's capital is flexible and can include equity, senior debt, structured debt, and/or various off-balance sheet transactions such as sale leasebacks and joint ventures.PALADIN HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS:Incubates innovative, sustainable business services and technologies that improve care coordination, access, and health outcomes in underrepresented communities, with a focus on vulnerable and medically-complex populations. Current initiatives are focused on network development, patient engagement, clinical efficacy, data analytics, IT integration, and post-acute services.
