Access Health Louisiana (AHL) is a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers. Our network of more than 100 providers sees more than 44,500 patients a year in twelve Louisiana parishes including: Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, St. Charles, Washington, Plaquemines, Tangipahoa, Iberville, St. James, Allen and Rapides.Our mission is simple: to improve the health of the people we serve. This means that AHL adheres to evidenced-based standards shown to improve quality, health and safety of its patients, as well as reduced costs.Access Health Louisiana is also a 2019 recipient of a Quality Improvement Award from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). As a health center quality leader, AHL achieved the best overall clinical performance among all health centers, placing in the top 20 percent of the adjusted quartile rankings for Clinical Quality Measures.
