SCWF has been on the Sunshine Coast for 38 Years, having been established in 1982. Offering clients, quality whitegoods, direct from the manufacturer - factory second new items - all with new manufacturer's warranty. A factory second is a new item that has made its way to SCWF due to various different reasons: e.g. a ripped box being sent to a 'big-box' store; knocked in the warehouse; scratched in the boxing process; dented floor stock. All our items are new items, with manufacturer's warranty, just at 20% - 60% below RRP.SCWF is your first stop for your white good requirements. Like one customer said last week, '... I started here today, went shopping everywhere else for the rest of the day and your offer couldn't be beaten!'Since the new management has been in operation; September 2018, SCWF has taken a very different direction to previous years. SCWF no longer sell or deal in second-hand items; these did not meet our customers' expectations nor requirements. SCWF Service has been closed down, we were not a specialist in servicing and wanted to concentrate all resources to make sure our customers purchasing needs are met. We have now aligned ourselves with repair agents on the Sunshine Coast who's details we can give to our clients when spare parts or non-warrantied repairs are required.Fortunately for all of our products, we do not need to service them as they are all covered by a new manufacturers warranty. This is a far more reliable model and is leading to great customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is up; this can be shown with SCWF's Google ranking going from 1.3 stars in 2018 to 4 stars now at the end of 2019. An average of over 4.5 stars since the new management took over. Our Trustpilot score, a new initiative, is ranking over 4.6! Facebook is over 1,500 likes - from 48 likes in 2018. SCWF feel that the customer-centric, hyperlocal approach we are following is paying dividends for both the business as a whole and our customers.
