Our mission is to provide "corporate-grade IT services to our small businesses clients" Both principals, Grant Coffey and Anthony Cali, have come from corporate IT backgrounds Grant has worked in small sized companies in Australia since 1987 - from 10 users through to 120 users or more, dealing with all aspects of IT services - from database and programming through to IT management and network engineering. Grant's passion is to provide the best services to his customer - from desktop to server and network. Anthony has been working for companies in Australia such as Wang and GIO Insurance since the mid 1990s, through to huge deployment bases such as NSW Police in early 2000's and culminating in early 2010's working in the UK for the 70,000-user-strong energy giant E.ON We want to apply the same corporate-level IT philosophies to mid-sized businesses - being consultants we can offer these services to you at a fraction of the cost of having on-staff "IT people". Our target market is businesses with 20 to 75 users - we have clients across many industries around Australia from import/export to manufacturing to services. . DENTAL : As a niche role, we specialise in the dental industry - from our first dental client in 2006, with pure customer referrals we continue to gain dental customers every month -- we have had exposure to all major practice management software and most imaging technologies over the past 12 years - while it is not our target market, and we never tout ourselves as 'dental experts', we have come to embrace the Dental market due to our growing knowledge, our ability to liaise with the software/hardware vendors and the continual referrals we get from our wonderful base of practices.
