Search Fund Accelerator (SFA), based in Boston, works with a select group of entrepreneurs to help them find and acquire excellent companies, and manage them successfully as equity-owning CEOs. Our program starts with a 3-week boot camp during which we help the cohort launch their search using proven search techniques and technologies. Throughout the search, we stress individual mentoring and coaching, to help each searcher focus on the best opportunities and efficiently navigate the process to acquire an attractive business. Our work together during the search process builds a trusting relationship that is highly valuable once an entrepreneur transitions to being CEO of their company.
