Andy, Cheryl, and myself (Charles) have lived and worked in the Des Moines area for over 40 years, and are not only experts in property management, but have hands on ownership experience with properties of our own. Goodall Properties is successful due to our excellent team. Goodall Properties sells/manages properties within Des Moines, Waukee, West Des Moines, Grimes, Ankeny, Adel, Urbandale.WHAT WE PROVIDEManagement means taking care of each property as though it was our own, including:• Market rent evaluation• Placement of quality tenants• Comprehensive inspections of your property, inside and out• Round-the-clock maintenance management• All communication with the tenants• Timely collection of rent• Payment of all bills associated with the property.• A computer-generated Cash Flow report mailed along with the proceeds each month • Copies of all bills for which funds are expended• We do it all for you. Still, owner input is encouraged and always welcomed.
