Erchull Legal Group is a small firm dedicated to providing businesses with quality legal services in transactions, negotiations and litigation. We are located in southeast Wisconsin and serve clients statewide and throughout the country, primarily in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, creditor commercial collections and bankruptcy representation, commercial transactions, and business law. Our firm holds the highest rating (AV) of the Bar Register (attorneys rating attorneys). We represent numerous local and out-of-state banks and other lenders in the areas of real estate transactions and closings. We also draft a great deal of legal opinions for lenders that are making loans in Wisconsin. Our firm understands the demands, pressures and various deadlines all parties to a transaction face. With this in mind, our goal is to effectively resolve a myriad of real estate issues for our clients. The purchase or sale of real estate is an extremely important matter for all parties involved in the transaction. With title problems unique to Wisconsin together with complicated land use, environmental and zoning issues, it is imperative to be represented by a law firm that has the resources and the first-hand experience in all the factors that are involve in the real estate acquisition, transaction and closing processes. We have extensive real estate litigation experience and lawyers in Wisconsin and throughout the country discuss cases and refer clients to us.
