Our crews are made up of experienced and skilled union employees, many of whom have been with the company since its inception.We typically self-perform all earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, rough carpentry and finish carpentry.Our goal is to provide "High Performance, Low Maintenance" construction services.Our clients include Washington State, the University of Washington, the Port of Seattle, Sound Transit, King County Metro Transit, the cities of Seattle, Shoreline, Kirkland, Everett, Snohomish County PUD, Puget Sound Energy, South Seattle Community College, City of Sammamish, and the school districts of Monroe, Shoreline, Bellevue, Edmonds, Everett, Lake Washington and Northshore.
