Within his first year, he grew the business from two employees in a 1500 square foot facility to four employees in a 5000 square foot facility. He has added more employees and more space throughout the year.At the beginning of 2012, Greg Hoppal (Rick's son) bought part of the company and is now a part owner with Rick.
