Medalist manages capital primarily on behalf of institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals. In asset finance, we originate, fund, and/or purchase asset-based loans and leases spanning commercial real estate, residential real estate and other specialty assets such as commercial equipment, aircraft, auto, consumer and receivables factoring, among others. We focus on senior secured exposure to assets which are high cash flow, amortizing and income generating.
