Precept Financial Services had its beginnings in 1986 when David Shaw and Norm Knell formed Shaw Knell Financial Group (SKFG). On 1st December 2009, David Shaw with staff from SKFG decided to form Precept.Our main Precept office is in Osborne Park, but we also have offices in Kalgoorlie and Esperance.
