Drilling Materials Coordinators located in the North Sea. Specialising in logistical planning of all outbound and inbound equipment and personnel. Coordinating vessels, and work closely with the Drilling Supervisors, CHC Scotia Aviation & Asco Marine planning the best/most cost effective & efficient time to bring personnel/equipment to the rig. Primary focus is ensure that all high cost rentals are returned immediately to vendors at the end of each operational stage. DMC also involves cost control/tracking, raising PO's, and liaising with vendors regarding future drilling operations. Drilling operations can be very challenging, plans often change at the drop of a hat, and we are required to act as swiftly & safely as possible to prevent any unnecessary cost/downtime due to the unplanned operational changes.
