Trinity Community Ministries is a 36-bed transitional housing program that serves men who are chronically homeless, suffering fro substance abuse, veterans, and those who are disabled. To these men, the program is a lifeline, providing support services that lead back to employment, personal responsibility, and reunification with their families. We are a tough program for tough times. Each year, this program successfully prepares individuals to become self-sustaining members of society with functional households, sobriety, and full-time employment.With the help of thousands of volunteers, dozens of churches, corporate supporters, and other collaborative organizations throughout Atlanta, Trinity Community Ministries provides essential tools and necessary support to promote sustainable independence among men who are homeless and often struggling with addiction or other disabilities.
