Kelly Brothers is a family owned Contracting and Development business currently employing approximately 55 people; we have continually exceeded the high standards expected within the Construction Industry since our formation in 1967. Some forty years on, having achieved a track record of delivering the most ambitious projects, ranging from 166 houses to smaller developments of 6 units, in a Client focused manner, on time, budget, and to the most exacting quality standards, Kelly Brothers continue to service the Construction Industry's Social Housing, Commercial, Industrial, Educational and Health sector needs. Working with the Client and Design Team as partners, Kelly Brothers continually develop methods of reducing construction costs and site waste by maximising off-site fabrication, streamlining construction methods and using alternative construction techniques. With an enviable Health and Safety record, a proven commitment to the use of sustainable construction materials and energy efficient construction processes, Kelly Brothers ensure that any Client project is delivered in a safe working environment and eco-friendly manner, with this being supported through our continued delivery of Low Energy Homes all of which to Code Levels 4 & 5 for Sustainable Homes.
