Guideposts Trust operates multiple services in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Hertfordshire that provide support to people with physical and learning disabilities, mental health issues, Dementia, sensory/mobility impairments and their carers. With the involvement of our beneficiaries, we plan and deliver engaging and valuable community activities and services with the aim to reduce isolation and increase wellbeing and independence for the people living in our communities.Our work is focussed on helping people build friendships, support networks, skills and gain access to tailored and locally relevant information and advice through our wealth of resources, all designed to help them live well.
