Orkids Multidisciplinary Clinic started in the year 2000 and is a chain of multidisciplinary clinics in the Country which provides remedial intervention to children with special needs, especially those with Learning Disabilities, ADD/ADHD, Aspergers Syndrome and development delays. It also provides programs for enhancement of study skills and creative expression and training in National Open School (NIOS) Curriculum. Services provided include speech therapy & occupational therapy. Orkids has twelve Clinics - New Delhi, DLF II, Noida, Panchkula near Chandigarh and in Bangalore. Orkids Institute for Higher Learning, a division of Orkids, offers special education courses :- One year Post Graduate Diploma course in Management of Learning Disabilities.- One tear Distance Learning Program on Special Educational Needs Coordinator.- Three month course - Instructional program in learning disabilities.- HOT Certificate Course [ Hands On Course] Orkids within schools [ OWS ] is an endevour wherein all special educational needs of a school are taken care of by Orkids within School timings and timings.
