'neetz Design Studio is an emerging fashion label started by Gunneet Kaur in 2007. It is based out of Hyderabad & Haryana. Gunneet has a degree in fashion from NIFT and later pursued her bachelor's degree from Fashion Institute of Technology(FIT), New York where she specialised in childres's wear. Passionate about her love for tiny tots, she worked with 'Little Me', a division of Ralph Lauren children's wear. Since, her roots were grounded in India, she decided to return & start her new journey and came up with 'neetz' Design Studio in Haryana in 2007. Traditionally into women's wear, 'neetz' Design Studio specialises in customised Indo-western business wear, occasion wear, western & couture & bridal. Eventually, 'neetz' Design Studio begun to shift towards other genres of design. 'neetz' launched 'Baby neetz', their customised occasion wear of kids in the year 2000 followed by men's ethnic wear in 2012. Her distinctive signature involves fusing textile detail rich heritage of the sub continent's embroidery to create practical & universal forms with meticulous tailoring. In 2013 Simar Singh, her husband joined her and together they started 'neetz' in Hyderabad. With a post graduate degree in commerce from Macquarie University, Sydney, and with more than 8 years of experience in people's management, business development & networking, Simar has provided all the necessary elements to ensure that the brand 'neetz' is globally developed & recognised. Presently, 'neetz' has also ventured into supplying its clothing line to renowned design stores in Hyderabad & Bangalore. It is also making its international presence by designing bridal & other occasion wear for clients in US, UK & Australia. With the duo's apparel designing & management skills put together, 'neetz' is looking at soaring to new height's & achieving its future endeavour.
